I have to thank backrubbear and dizzi_d along with the rest of Zul'jin's Zug's Thugs for inspiring me to cook last night. I really didn't want to but after hearing about bbq, and their pot roast (and potatoes) and such for an hour or so I caved. Spent the rest of the night making a Veggie Beef stew from scratch.

Maybe its hubris, but I think I have managed to improve on my mom's style again.

Anyway, off to work for a couple hours for my day off... yippee. But at least its only a couple hours.
